Hungry?
This morning as I was packing my lunch I opened the cupboard where we keep Julia's fruit cups. She loves fruit cups. She toddled over and started playing with the canned foods and her fruit cups, then she got up and walked into the kitchen. When she returned she had one of her plastic forks from her utensil drawer. She then sat down, grabbed a fruit cup, and proceeded to try and stab through the plastic seal to get to the fruit inside.
I guess she was hungry. I let her take the fruit cup to daycare for breakfast.
Tales from Daycare
Yesterday A related a tale of wonder and stubbornness.
Julia has decided that she thinks it's funny to put a blanket over her head so she can't see and walk around like that. She keeps her hands out and just sort of staggers around laughing under her blanket. Apparently she ran into the entertainment center yesterday and got mad at it for being in her way. And then she stopped crying, threw the blanket back over her head, and toddled off in a different direction.
Our kid is definitely a character.
